These terms apply to getpinpals.app and the PinPals pre-launch waitlist. PinPals is currently operated by Alexandrea Cook as an individual in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
1. Accepting these terms
By using this website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit the form.
2. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use the website or join the waitlist.
3. The waitlist
The waitlist lets you ask to receive news about PinPals. Joining is free and does not guarantee early access, availability, a particular launch date, pricing or any specific app feature. You must provide accurate information and may unsubscribe whenever you like.
4. Pre-launch information
PinPals is under development. Images, prototypes, descriptions, proposed features and timelines on this website are illustrative and may change, be delayed or not be released. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or a promise that the app will become available.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, submit false or unlawful information, scrape the website at scale, or use it in a way that violates another person's rights or applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
The PinPals name, logos, designs, text, graphics, prototypes and other website content are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the website for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not copy, modify, distribute or exploit its content without prior written permission.
7. Third-party services and links
The website may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party services. We do not control their content, availability or privacy practices and are not responsible for them. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Subject to any mandatory rights or procedures that apply, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai.
